1. Who we are and acceptance

MatchMyPersona ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Stagline SRL (VAT ID RO55036753), Str. Detunata 17, 400434 Cluj-Napoca, Romania. By accessing or usingmatchmypersona.com you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

2. Accounts

• You can create an account with an email address and password, or with Google or Facebook.
• The information you give us must be true, accurate and up to date.
• Your login details are personal. Do not share them; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us right away if you notice any unauthorised use of your account.

3. The service

MatchMyPersona offers personality-style quizzes that match you with TV characters. The quizzes and results are generated for entertainment only. They are not psychological, medical or professional advice, and they are not an assessment of your real personality.

Characters, shows and names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. MatchMyPersona is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

4. Free and Premium plans

• Free accounts can take a limited number of quizzes per day. The current limit is shown on the site and may change.
• Premium is a yearly subscription (price shown on the Pricing page) that removes the daily limit.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• The subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your profile (billing portal); access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices are shown with applicable taxes where required by law, and your invoice contains the total.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. By starting to use Premium immediately after purchase, you ask us to begin the digital service right away and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, as permitted by law. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, resell or redistribute the quizzes, results or other content, or use bots or automated tools to take quizzes in bulk.
• Try to break, probe or overload the service, or bypass the free quiz limit or any security measure.
• Use the service for anything unlawful, abusive or harmful to others.
• Share your account with other people.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the site, its design, code, quizzes and original content are reserved by Stagline SRL. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may share your own results, with a link back to the site. Do not remove copyright or other proprietary notices.

8. Third-party services and advertising

The site uses third-party services such as Google (sign-in, Analytics), Facebook (sign-in) and Stripe (payments). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. The site may contain links to other websites for which we are not responsible.

9. Availability

We try to keep the service available but may suspend it temporarily for maintenance or updates. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect 7 days after they are published on this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are handled by the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform atec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
